Mom Arrested For Providing Strippers For 16 Year-Old Son’s Birthday Party

Judy Viger paid for two adult female entertainers – strippers – to perform at her son’s 16th birthday party. They weren’t making animals out of balloons – instead, they were performing “personal and intimate dances” for the guests, including 5 teens under the age of 17.

The party was held at the Spare Time Bowling Center in South Glens Falls, New York.

According to Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy, “The charges stem from an allegation that she endangered not only the welfare of her own child, but the welfare of the 14 – and 15- year-old children that were at the birthday party as well.

Problems began for Viger when photos of the party began surfacing and parents of the other guests contacted the media and police. The original claims that the strippers were really just a ‘bikini gram’ didn’t stand up after the police viewed the photos and talked to the witnesses.
Viger has been charged with 5 counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
